Porchetta on a Stick: slow roasted pork loin and belly, sliced and skewered, dusted with fennel pollen and served with shaved fennel, apple and radicchio salad

Personal Elote-style Street Corn Pizza: grilled sweet corn, garlic crema, red onion, cilantro, feta cheese, lime juice and guajillo chile

“Loaded Baked Potato” Gnocchi: pan-seared gnocchi with thick cut bacon, aged white cheddar, brown butter, sour cream and green onions

Cup of Cookies: mini Nutella cookies served warm with a small glass of milk

Spumoni Ice Cream Bar: layers of chocolate, cherry and pistachio gelato, sandwiched between crushed pistachios and chocolate cookies
