- The Iowa Beef Industry Council has been a sponsor of dsm Restaurant Week for several years. Restaurants are an important and valuable partner to the beef industry and this annual event allows for us to pay tribute to the talented chefs that prepare an enjoyable and affordable eating experience with beef.
- This year we want to raise the steaks and showcase these palate-pleasing beef dishes by awarding one participating restaurant with the title of “Best Beef Entrée of dsm Restaurant Week 2020”.
- To be eligible for the award and recognition, voted on by Restaurant Week attendees, you must have a minimum of at least one, 100% real beef entrée on your dsm Restaurant Week menu.
